Coronavirus Update
June 5, 2020
Our Doors are OPEN! Grisafi Insurance Agency and Pennsylvania Auto Tags are up and running. With COVID-19 cases down, Philadelphia and suburbs move to ‘yellow’ reopening status Friday. The office will be reopening, with normal operating hours of 9 am to 6 pm, starting June 05, 2020.
Here are some other things we’ve done, to protect you, our customers:
Retrofitted our space to ensure customers and staff are able to maintain 6-foot distances at all times.
Invested in protective shields at counter..
Sanitizing station is available, and we encourage all patrons, visitors and staff to sanitize their hands upon entry and exit to the building
Invested in high-quality cleaning supplies, and doubled our cleaning efforts

During these difficult and uncertain times, our thoughts and prayers are with our great nation and all our customers. We are monitoring developments related to the Coronavirus (COVID-19) and we are taking measures recommended by Federal and Pennsylvania authorities to protect the health and well-being of our employees and clients. The effects of COVID-19 may be long-lasting. As always, the Grisafi Insurance Agency will be there to help you navigate through your insurance needs.

Due to the government mandatory shut down of all non-life sustaining businesses our doors are closed, but I am here to service you. If you wish to make a payment you can call your insurance company directly. You will need your policy number and a credit or debit card, and you can make a payment. To Our Valued Customers,
We at Grisafi Insurance Agency and Pennsylvania Auto Tags hope that you and your family are taking the appropriate safety precautions and continue to remain healthy and safe through this challenging time. We wanted to take a moment to update you on our present operational status.
I am at the office daily to service our customers as Grisafi Insurance Agency is conducting business remotely, by phone or email while Pennsylvania Auto Tags is closed Consistent with government mandates and regulations.. All face to face insurance business and auto tags businesses remain closed until the shutdown is lifted. However, while our door is closed, we are actively preparing our office to open with the safety of our Customers, Team and Community as the top priority.

We are busy installing many enhancements to safeguard everyone, including:

Providing hand sanitizer

Placing desks for social distancing requirements to assist customers with maintaining safe distances

Installing Plexiglas shields at our counter and desks.

In addition, we are instituting the following safety procedures:

Taking Associate temperatures before all work shifts

Requiring all employees to wear protective masks

Managing the number of customers in the office at any one time (as may be required by CDC/State guidelines)

Conducting a sanitary cleaning of the counter/desks after each customer

Conducting routine daily sanitary cleanings of office facilities
